This week Doug and Justin find themselves diving head-first into a Millennial discussion based off a viral video featuring, motivational speaker, Simon Sinek. The heroes discuss the perceived addiction Millennials have to their phones and question if this is specific to Millennials or if everyone has the same problem. They also explore the need for disconnecting from technology in order to foster innovation. The pair layout how the older generation’s feelings towards Millennials are nothing new and, in fact, each generation has felt the same way about their successors.
